Here at Gift Bae we take pride in our services and want to make sure you as a consumer and your loved ones receiving our boxes are 100% happy with what we offer. From making the boxes to dropping them off at the doorstep, we ensure everything is at our top standards. We believe every service should be personal.

Liquor Policy

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to;

Supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000)
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, attempt to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500)

If ordering boxes containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. We do have the right to ask for any ID before sending out our boxes and upon delivery before handing over the goods.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds Policy

We ensure our boxes are packaged safely and securely when delivered and posted so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if something is incorrect, so that we can fix it asap.

Should you not be 100% happy with what we offer, please send us an email at hello@giftbae.com.au for any concerns, and we can work out whether you'll be eligible for a product replacement or full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items, gift cards or perishable items such as food, flowers & personal care goods.

For exchanges the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we'll make a separate order purchase for the new exchanged item.

If in a rare situation your parcel is missing from Postage Delivery, kindly contact us at hello@giftbae.com.au and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

Privacy & Safety

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

All security on our Website is treated seriously. Where applicable, we undertake security steps, including use of SSL technology, on our back-end systems that store customer account information and to protect data transmissions.
