  • Where do you deliver?
    We are a Perth based Gift Box company that serves the Perth Metro, WA Regional and now operating everywhere Interstate. That's right baby, we are now AUS WIDE!
  • Can a box be sent to a Parcel Locker?
    Through Parcel Postage with Australia Post - Yes! we can send our boxes to a Parcel Locker if preferred. However we recommend not sending any boxes to PO Boxes as with weight & height guidelines we cannot ensure our boxes will fit. Also please note that due to restrictions guided we cannot personally deliver to non standard mailboxes which includes - PO Boxes, locked bags and parcel lockers owned by Australia Post.
  • How do I know when my order is being sent out?
    You'll receive an sms first thing to let you know the order is being prepared and being sent out that day. When we've packed up the goodies and popped them into our car, you'll then receive a email confirmation to let you know it's out for delivery! Then once delivered we'll confirm delivery with another sms 😁 We don't mean to bombard you but we want to make sure you are updated throughout the whole process for reassurance.
  • Sending through Parcel Post, what are your delivery times?
    When placing an order for Parcel Post, please be aware that once the box leaves our hands and into AusPost territory, we cannot guarantee you a specific time. HOWEVER please know that we aim to dispatch your gift the same or very next business day after you place an order. We'll send you a tracking number provided by AusPost ASAP and for reassurance just know that we'll be tracking your delivery like Hawkes as well 😁
  • Can I change my order after checkout?
    Oh dear, changed your mind? That's totally cool! Please sms us on 0426 286 170 to let us know asap after checkout for any changes before delivery 😊 we'll sort out what you need.
  • Do you offer corporate gifting?

  • What if the recipient isn't home?
    Ah yes, we thought about this and we would hate to leave the box unattended. However we also understand that things don't go to plan so if the recipient isn't home please let us know on any instructions otherwise we'll leave the box in a safe place and notify both the recipient & sender. For Postage deliveries with Australia Post, we require a signature on delivery, so if the recipient isn't home they'll safely send it to a post office for collection.
  • How does Gift Bae handle deliveries in hot weather?
    We all love a HGS "Hot Girl Summer", but not when it's too hot our perishable items start to perish.. 😥 We want to ensure that your gift boxes with chocolates arrive in perfect condition. However, please be aware that during hot weather conditions, there is a risk that the chocolates inside the gift boxes might melt. We take every precaution to package our products securely, our team ensures that all perishable items are packaged with insulated materials to maintain the freshness and quality of your gift, but we cannot be held liable for any melting that occurs if left unattended after delivery. If you have any concerns or questions about your box, please don't hesitate to contact our team for further assistance.
  • Gifting alcoholic beverages
    While we can supply alcohol in our boxes, however it is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. We do have the right to ask for any ID before sending out our boxes and lawfully we can ask for ID upon delivery. So please do the right thing, we do also offer non-alcoholic options which is just as good!
  • Products you stock - Tell me more!
    We love to have an all round cycle where we are constantly adding new items, creating new limited edition boxes and just in general giving every customer a brand new experience whenever they shop with us.   • What if a certain product is out of stock in a Ready To Go box?
    We try our best to make sure all products are available for our boxes, however sometimes due to supply & demand it may be difficult to get certain products from our suppliers. Please note, in the event that any product becomes unavailable we will swap it for a similar item of equal or greater value 😊
