We try our best to make sure all products are available for our boxes, however sometimes due to supply & demand it may be difficult to get certain products from our suppliers. Please note, in the event that any product becomes unavailable we will swap it for a similar item of equal or greater value. We hope you understand!

We want to ensure that your gift boxes arrive in perfect condition. However, please be aware that during hot weather conditions, there is a risk that perishable items inside the gift boxes might melt. We take every precaution to package our products securely, but we cannot be held liable for any melting that occurs if left unattended after delivery. Thank you for understanding.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to;

• Supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000)
• For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, attempt to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500)

If ordering boxes containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. We do have the right to ask for any ID before sending out our boxes and upon delivery before handing over the goods.
